Fall Classic Winners Stake

was hosted by Bakerstown Beagle Club this past weekend and what a great weekend of beagling in Western Pennsylvania it was. Grounds supervisor John Weirzbinski had the facilities in outstanding shape, and the rabbits were plentiful. And with the use of the shagging machine and the help of the membership each day was a breeze. We'd like to thank our judges, R.Sean Spaniel, Chris Alexander and Richard"Doc"Rudman for doing an outstanding job evaluating the hounds. Thanks go out to all our member clubs, Bakerstown, Franklin Twp. New Eagle, Salem, Spring Church, Old Town for donations for our raffle, holding qualifying trials to add to our payout. A special thanks to Jerry Gileot and the members of Coraopolis Beagle Club for their monitory donation to make up for lost trial revenue due to inclement weather this past winter. In all over $3000.00 was paid out to the placed hounds this weekend. Thanks to everyone.
